Thanks for your awesome responses to the shipping survey. We now have shipping addresses for most of our backers. If you haven’t completed the survey yet, please do so ASAP. If we don’t have your shipping address, we can’t send you your RYZE-UPS! If you need access to the survey, or need to make modifications, please click HERE.
We are super happy to report that progress for RYZE-UPS is right on schedule. Our manufacturer has been fantastic and continues to push progress along. The molds should be finished in the next week or two. Once the molds are finished, they will send us our first production samples!! We are stoked to get these samples and put them to the test to make sure the quality and functionality meet our standards. It is very common (and built into our timetable) that there will need to be some small tweaks made to the molds once we review the samples. These tweaks are fixing such things as warping, sink holes, textures, etc.
Looking ahead, once the production samples are perfect, we will give the green light for the factory in China to ship our molds to our manufacturer in Utah. These very heavy steel molds are then packed in a ton of grease (to prevent rusting) and shipped on a boat across the ocean and eventually arrive at our manufacturer. This shipment will take 4-6 weeks. But once they arrive, our manufacturer can set up the molds and start production of your RYZE-UPS!
For those who purchased add-ons in the survey, your add-ons are currently in production and will be ready to ship out with your RYZE-UPS! If you would like to purchase add-ons (ab straps, bands, carry bags), you can revisit your survey and add them to your order.
